Corporate Vision
To be Nepal’s premier benchmark renewable energy developer, harnessing pristine Himalayan river systems through world-class engineering to provide reliable, clean, and dispatchable peaking energy that drives domestic industrialization and powers regional green economic integration across South Asia.
- Delivering vital peaking power to stabilize the Integrated Nepal Power System (INPS).
- Championing global Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) standards.
- Leading cross-border clean electricity export to neighboring South Asian markets.
Corporate Mission
To construct, commission, and safely operate the 440 MW Tila-1 Peaking Run-of-River Hydropower Project ahead of the December 2030 Required Commercial Operation Date, while generating sustainable value for local communities in Kalikot, our consortium lending institutions, and our shareholders.
- Executing underground works (13.77 km tunnel) with precision geotechnical safety.
- Fostering socioeconomic upliftment through local job creation and equity participation.
- Maintaining financial rigor and punctual debt service across consortium facilities.
Strategic Objectives (2026 - 2031)
Our roadmap focuses on five measurable strategic pillars designed to ensure execution success and long-term operating excellence.
1. Technical & Construction Milestones
Complete underground tunneling across all 6 adit access points, erect the 182.4 m concrete gravity dam, install 4x110 MW Pelton units (440 MW), and achieve COD by December 2030.
2. 6-Hour Guaranteed Peaking Power
Utilize 1.7 MCM live reservoir storage on the Tila River to provide vital high-value electricity during morning and evening peak demand hours, displacing imported fossil fuel generation.
3. Financial Discipline & Consortium Strength
Maintain transparent financial management under the NMB Bank-led banking consortium, ensuring prudent drawdown schedules, interest capitalization, and robust project IRR.
4. Environmental & Social Governance (ESG)
Implement the approved Environmental Management Plan (EMP), safeguard aquatic habitats with mandatory downstream environmental discharge, and rehabilitate all spoil disposal areas.
5. Community & Local Equity Empowerment
Execute community infrastructure investments in health and education across Kalikot, and facilitate local share participation (IPO) to ensure project affected residents are co-owners.
6. 400 kV Karnali Corridor Power Evacuation
Synchronize with Rastriya Prasaran Grid Company Ltd (RPGCL) at the 400 kV Phukot Hub Substation via a dedicated 6 km double-circuit transmission line to deliver bulk power to national load centers.
